VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
Like many businesses, we use Google Analytics and Weebly, two third party services to monitor the behaviour of visitors to our website. These services collect basic information, such as the number of visitors to our site and their behaviour as they navigate between pages. This information is processed without identifying actual users. It is used simply to monitor traffic to and around our website. If you wish to request the services of Neat Writing Limited via our website, you can get in touch via our Contact Form. We collect your personal information, including your name, email address, telephone number and a short comment. This enables us to respond to your enquiry as comprehensively as possible. Additionally, we may use this information to ensure you are happy and satisfied with the services provided to you by Neat Writing Limited. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Any content produced by Neat Writing on behalf of a client will be stored for a maximum of fifteen years from the date of approval, in case it is required by you for future campaigns. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

In certain situations, Neat Writing Limited may disclose personal data in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including but not limited to national security or law enforcement requests.
